Shipping policy
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment.
Delivery time: Our products ship from partner warehouses. Estimated delivery:
- European Union: 7–15 business days (free shipping on orders over €60)
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Other countries: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, holidays or carrier delays.
Shipping cost: Shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking: You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Multiple packages: Items from one order may arrive in separate packages.
Customs and import duties: Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Lost or damaged parcels: If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, contact us at kospodamir1@gmail.com with your order number and photos (for damage). We will send a replacement or issue a refund.
Wrong address: Please double-check your address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
